TOYOTA RACING GmbH offers expertise and facilities developed through decades of top-level motorsport and automotive development which allows customers from several industries to benefit from it. Aerodynamic development is accelerated in our two wind tunnels and enhanced via CFD analysis. Aerodynamics

TOYOTA RACING GmbH offers high-tech aerodynamic development for a range of vehicles, from high-performance racing cars and motorbikes to many other applications.
TOYOTA RACING’s experienced aerodynamic designers and wind tunnel engineers ensure maximum performance. Physical testing takes place in the two wind tunnels, capable of 60% model or full-size vehicle testing and featuring technology for motorsport and automotive applications. TRs CFD analysis is fast and efficient and can complement wind tunnel testing or deliver stand-alone analysis.

Chassis Test Benches

TOYOTA RACING GmbH’s varied and extensive range of test benches opens a world of possibilities for in-depth analysis of components and full vehicles, for motorsport or automotive applications.
For full cars, a seven-post rig adapts to most vehicles and allows optimisation of a vehicle’s vertical dynamics, while the MTS 329 road simulator applies force and motion through vehicle spindles to replicate real-world road loads. Our Transmission Test System simulates input and output forces on a gearbox and is just one of the dedicated component rigs in our comprehensive range.
